Monterey like i said the problem isn't with level 300s, its with people who can't continuously spam fears blinds silences and all that snazzy stuff. If they can use their drains, they can regen to full hp SUPER FAST and deal MASSIVE DAMAGE (enter phil swift joke.) i know it's not a big deal to someone like you, because your pvp stratagy is get beer, silence spam, and watch anime while in pvp, but not everyone can do that seargent monterey the third. It's expensive to spam the stuff that counters drains, and even still you can get high resistance to that stuff, and like i've said, if the drainer on ya, you done did died.
