This is a guide to comfortably receiving up to 2 or 3 themed candies from a Gulliver trip, with a minimum of crafting time and resources. It's still pretty detailed, so if you'd prefer simple instructions, try this instead:TL;DR: To just get the new animals, trade 10 x giant dharmas/minimalist lamps each time. For themed candy, trade 5 x trash items whose nature matches the candy type you want, plus 3 x lovely tables (pink diamond), 1 x potted blue tulips/purple pansies, and 1 x potted 4-hr flowers. Then choose the for that type. This gives a respectable 2 x themed candies per trip. When an animal eats candy that matches their nature, they can gain twice as many friendship points.Receiving the candy we want from Gulliver depends on three things: the quality of the items he's given, their nature, and which direction we send him in.How Gulliver WorksEach time Gulliver returns, there's always an 85% chance he'll give a bonus. And until we have all 3 new animals, there's a 30% chance that bonus will include a missing animal.
The actual traded items and voyage direction make absolutely no difference. The 10 x items that Gulliver requests can earn 0 - 6 themed candies. Crafted items earn 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 points each. (10-point items are very expensive, in both resources and crafting time.) Each 15 points gives one more attempt. The theme of candy it's possible to win depends on the choice we make of the 2 direction options Gulliver offers (from north, east, south, and west).Which 2 options Gulliver offers depends on the nature (cute, cool, etc.) of the majority of items he's given. So some of the items need to have a certain nature.Although it's technically possible to earn 90 points (for 6 themed candies) on a trip, this takes an impractically huge amount of resources.Crafting for PointsBecause Gulliver is a permanent new feature, we can take our time and only work occasionally for a large-points trip. As the title states, this is an Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp (ACPC) mega guide. Covering everything there possibly is about ACPC. I’ll be going into detail in certain areas, and others I won’t as there are wikis that provide said information.

(So most trips, just craft any 10 x trash items that use the most abundant resources.)A) Base The most efficient way to earn a base 15 points is to craft 3 x lovely tables (pink diamond), which takes 6 hours:Step 1: To protect any lovely tables (basic) you want to keep, place them in your camper. (They feature a light-pink diamond.)Step 2: Craft 3 x lovely tables (basic) for 6 wood each, then collect them. Takes 1 minute.Step 3: Craft 3 x lovely tables (pink) for 20 wood, 20 steel, and 1 cute essence each, perhaps overnight.Low on cute essence? Okay, I've just done a few more tests (resetting the game each time). So Gulliver's behavior has changed, at least for me! Since the update, he now lets me give all 10 items again after force-quitting the game. And it's not the first items, it's the most items I think. So just a single electric guitar given first was not enough to trigger the South option, but 4 of them were.I'll update the Furniture Guide and Cheat Sheet as soon as I can with this new data. Thanks heaps for pointing this out, TigerBot!. Whenever I've done the same thing, I've never been able to start the whole 10-item handover again from scratch.Once Gulliver offers a direction, I've assumed that the game's server has already registered the first 9 items because force-quitting and reopening the game has only ever let me re-choose the final (10th) item.In my testing, those directions have been based on the natures of the first two kinds of items Gulliver receives, regardless of what he got after that.
Can you remember what you gave him?.
