Sony will be giving another one of its older PlayStation 3 titles a major update shortly. The company announced today in Japan an update to that adds a number of community features to the game.There are two particularly notable features for the update: PS Eye and YouTube support. Using the PS3 camera peripheral, you'll be able to record footage of yourself as you play the game.

The footage is shown in a corner of the screen. You can save your recorded clips to your PS3 hard drive and also share them with the rest of the world through direct YouTube upload. The update will also provide a number of other yet unannounced features. Players of the Japanese version of can look forward to the update patch on the 21st. There's no word yet on international plans for the update, but it sounds like a safe bet.
