NL, I love your Baba is You Series, so I was hoping I could help you strike a healthy balance between Resin and figuring out for yourself.So I went through all of your Baba videos in order to create this guide for all older Levels that you haven't done that I have finished.How to use this guide:For every Level I will write a few hints, getting progressively more and more helpful until the solution. I urge you to always try your best on your own, but I do understand that you're also trying to make entertaining videos, and sometimes that is hard to do in a puzzle game.The LakeExtra 2: Sunken TempleHint 1: You can't access 'ROCK IS PUSH' until Crab is already defeat, so the trick used in the previous Extra level doesn't work anymore. You need to find a way to get over the Crab that is Defeat.Hint 2: By forming 'ROCK IS YOU' you can get the Rock back.Hint 3: If something is not 'YOU', you can push it over Defeat.Hint 4: You need 'ROCK IS PUSH' to be pushable freely.
So don't push them into the corner or to the border of the screen.Solution: Push the Rock and the Jelly in so Crab is Defeat. Form 'ROCK IS YOU' horizontally by pushing 'BABA' downwards with 'ROCK'. With the second 'IS' form a horizontal 'BABA IS YOU' again right under where it used to be. With Baba, push the newly formed 'BABA IS YOU' to the right into the wallcorner so it's out of the way. Now form 'ROCK IS PUSH' and push the Rock ontop of the Crab.
This may require some finesse. Now take 'ROCK IS PUSH' and form it vertically right in front of the Rock that is ontop of the Crab. With 'PUSH' you can now push the Rock behind the Crab. Now you can either form 'ROCK IS BABA' or 'ROCK IS YOU' and win the puzzle.Solitary IslandLevel 6: Research FacilityHint 1: Why do you want the Bolt to Push something else so much? Can't it go alone?Hint 2: The Bolt can move past Keke, but will melt at the Skull. If only someone could make the Skulls not Hot while the Bolt moves.Hint 3: The direction Objects move when you make them 'MOVE' always depends on where they face. If you need them to be slower, why not make them move the opposite direction and run into a wall first?
They turn around anyway.Solution: Push the Bolt on the same height as Keke, but make sure it faces to the right. Now form 'BOLT IS MOVE' somewhere where the Bolt will not disturb the rule. While the Bolt moves, quickly push 'DEFEAT' in to form 'SKULL IS DEFEAT', which will not affect the Bolt. Now wait until your trusty Bolt pushes 'SKULL' away and saves you. You can now push the 'WIN' out and win the puzzle.Level 10: Wireless ConnectionHint 1: Before you do anything, think about what sentence you want to form to make Flag win.
What words need to be pushed to the right?Hint 2: By forming 'COG IS ROBOT' (or vice versa) you can directly control both given objects at once.Hint 3: Make both objects move at the same time and have them be on the same X coordinate.Solution: Form 'COG IS ROBOT'. Now position 'AND' so it can be pushed between 'FLAG' / 'ROCK' and position 'IS' so it can be pushed between 'ROCK'/'WIN'. Position both of your robots on the same X Coordinate and then form 'ROBOT IS MOVE'.
Quickly move ontop of the flag before they reach their goal and wait for the win.Extra 1: Boiling RiverHint 1: The problem in this Level is the 'YOU'. It makes the 'IS' less usable.Hint 2: Try to park the 'YOU' somewhere else.Hint 3: You can move the 'BABA IS YOU' only up or down. You also have an 'AND' you can freely use.Hint 4: Form 'BABA IS MELT AND YOU'.Hint 5: Water is only Hot, Water is not Sink.Solution: Form 'BABA IS MELT AND'. Now push down the 'BABA IS YOU' so that it forms 'BABA IS MELT AND YOU'. Now form 'BABA IS FLOAT' horizontally over the water. Cross the water.
Make Baba not float anymore and go under the skulls.Extra 2.Bridges?Hint 1: You were so close to finishing this in episode 15. You should have all the knowledge to easily finish this level already.Hint 2: If something is 'YOU' and is 'WIN', you win.Solution: Form 'ROCK IS YOU'. Now get the words 'IS WIN' from the other side. Form 'ROCK IS WIN' while leaving intact 'ROCK IS YOU'.Extra 3: Tiny IsleHint 1: There is no 'PUSH', so the only way to open up a water spot is to run into it yourself while being 'OPEN'. But then you vanish and can't do anything else. Is there anything you can do against that?Hint 2: You don't necessarily need to push the 'WIN' outside.Hint 3: Try forming a horizontal sentence with 'WIN' being the last part.Solution: You can use different parts of 'BABA IS YOU' by pushing it up and down. Form 'KEY IS FLAG' by using the 'IS' from 'BABA IS YOU'.
Now form 'FLAG IS YOU AND OPEN'. Sacrifice one Flag to open up the Water Spot to the left next to 'WIN'. Push 'AND' next to win. Push 'OPEN' next to 'AND'. Use the 'IS' from 'FLAG IS YOU' to form 'BABA IS OPEN AND WIN'. Walk on top of Baba.Extra 4: Dim SignalHint 1: This Level is a lot like 'Wireless Signal' so the hints from there may partially apply to this level as well.Hint 2: The Problem is that you only have 2 'MOVE'-able objects but 3 gaps to fill. Maybe try filling only one gap and then do the other two.Hint 3: Try using some of the useless words as 'filler' so you can more easily push the important word where it belongs.Solution: Form 'COG IS ROBOT'.
Now push one of the robots so that it will push the words 'AND' 'COG' 'STOP' in the first gap. Make sure the other robot doesn't steal any important pieces when you activate 'ROBOT IS MOVE'. Now you can treat the puzzle like 'Level 10: Wireless Connection' and solve it in the same way.
You want 'FLAG AND ROCK AND ICE IS WIN' to be the end result.Extra 5: DungeonHint 1: The Solution to this is level pretty much the same as it was in the previous level 'Prison'. The only difference is how you get the desired position.Hint 2: You do NOT want two Babas or two Kekes.Hint 3: By putting 'KEKE IS' under the 'BABA IS YOU' and then pushing down the 'YOU' you can form 'KEKE IS YOU'. You can then form 'BABA IS YOU' vertically and control both at the same time, while at the same time having no Text right against a wall.Hint 4: You may need to make a few 'loops' with your text around your textconstruct, so that the second object you control only registers a single input.Solution: Form 'KEKE IS YOU' by pushing down the 'YOU'. Now form 'BABA IS YOU' without forming 'BABA IS KEKE'.
Place Baba on the correct Y-Coordinate as near as you can to the spot over 'WALL'. Now push 'BABA' to the right.
You now need to push 'BABA' in a loop around your text construct, so that you can once again, push it from the LEFT TO THE RIGHT so that Baba moves a single spot to the right. Repeat this a few times and you have Baba over 'WALL'. Now disable 'BABA IS YOU', push 'WALL IS STOP' ontop of Baba, activate 'BABA IS YOU', walk down to disable 'WALL IS STOP' and you're free to form a Win condition.That was all for now, I hope I could be helpful. Welcome to Part 2 of the Baba Is You walkthrough – The Lake. There are a total of 15 levels in this area, so let’s get started Level 01: Icy WatersFirst of all, you’ll want to head down and move SINK downwards and out of the way.Now manoeuvre WALL up to the left most Jelly and push it into it so that it will destroy it and you can walk into the Flag to win. Level 02: TurnsFirst off, move the first Rock out of your way. Now, manoeuvre the text so that it spells out ‘STAR IS SINK AND PUSH’. Once you’ve done that, push the Star into the skull to the left, destroying both of them.Now that the left side is open, move AND over and put it just above BABA and then follow suit with CRAB.Now, you will be able to control both Baba and the Crab on the other side of the wall. Move the Crab down and over to the Flag to beat the level.
Level 03: AffectionThis one seems confusing, but it’s actually very easy. Simply manoeuvre the MOVE text down so that the bottom sentence spells ‘LOVE IS MOVE’.Now the Heart will move on it’s own and when it is outside of the Algae, move the MOVE text out of the sentence so that the Heart won’t go anywhere. Walk into the Heart and the win is yours! Mr game and watch plush. Level 04: Pillar YardFirst off, push the Pillar to the right so that you can get out of the confinement that you find yourself in.
After which, take another Pillar and bring it down onto the cobblestone path next to the first Pillar. Push these two Pillars to the right as far as they can go before you run into a Star and die (as well as so there is a Pillar within the square of Stars).Now take the PILLAR text up the top all the way down and replace BABA with it so the sentence is ‘PILLAR IS YOU. Now move once to the right and you’ll hit the Flag and beat the level. Don’t forget to and for more Nintendo Switch content.
Also, please consider – every pledge, no matter how great or small, is incredibly appreciated. Level 05: Brick WallThis level is such a troll level!
Basically, you’ll need to move IS and WIN below BABA so that there is a sentence going sideways that reads ‘BABA IS YOU’ and a sentence going down that reads ‘BABA IS WIN’. Once you do that, you’ll automatically win. Level 06: LockFirst, push the Key into the Door to open it. Then, push the second Key into the second Door.Now that there is only one Door remaining but there are no more keys, we’re going to need something else to unlock the Door. So, move the ROCK text and put it where the KEY text is so that the two sentences are ‘ROCK IS OPEN’ and ‘ROCK IS PUSH’.Head back up to that Rock and push it to the right into the room and into the Door in order to open it.Walk into the Flag and we’re done. Level 07: Novice LocksmithIn this first part of the level, we’re going to want to make the text look like a + and have ‘KEY IS PUSH’ and ‘KEY IS OPEN’.
Once we’ve done that, push the Key into the Door in order to open it.Now, move the left KEY text and replace SHUT with it. This will transform the Door below into a Key, to which you can push it and walk into the Flag to beat the level. Level 08: Locked InFirst, move the STOP from ‘WALL IS STOP’.Move JELLY over to the right and under ‘WALL IS’ so that the Wall around you is an army of Jelly!Now we’re going to want to move the JELLY text over to the left and replace FLAG with it. Then walk into one of the Jelly and that’s a wrap! Level 09: ChangelessAs soon as you enter this level, the Flag in the middle will turn into a Rock.
So as shown in the photo below, push ROCK IS ROCK to the left and then push out the first ROCK text in order to break the sentence. Then with the bottom sentence, swap FLAG and ROCK around so that the sentence becomes ROCK IS FLAG and then walk into the Flag. Level 10: Two DoorsPush DOOR from the right to the left and replace KEKE with it to make DOOR IS YOU.Now that you’re the Door, head to the left side of KEKE and push it back to the right to make KEKE IS YOU again.Push IS and SHUT to KEY in order to form KEY IS SHUT.
This will make the Key disappear.Now push FLAG to the right in order to make up FLAG IS WIN and then walk into the Flag.Level 11: Jelly ThronePush JELLY and IS over to the left so that it reads JELLY IS BABA going downwards. This will transform the Jelly into another Baba for you to simultaneously control.With the new Baba, take STOP away from FLAG IS STOP.Still with the second Baba, move FLAG down once and all the way to the left so that JELLY IS no longer WIN and FLAG IS now WIN.
Then with the top Baba, walk into the Flag and that’s a wrap. Level 12: Crab StorageFirst off, push the IS and OPEN to the left below FLAG in order to spell FLAG IS OPEN.Push the Flag into the Door to open it.Take the IS from FLAG IS PUSH and put it below the BABA close to the top and then push the other BABA below the IS that you’d just put there so that it spells BABA IS BABA.Now push CRAB out from its own little area and up to IS WIN in order to spell out CRAB IS WIN. Now walk into the Crab and that’s this level completed. Level 13: BurglaryThat the IS OPEN away from KEY and push them up to the top-left of the enclosure going downwards from STAR in order to form STAR IS OPEN. Then, push IS and Shut below WALL in order to form WALL IS SHUT.
Now that that’s done, push the STAR into the Wall just left of the Door.Now that you’re out of the enclosure, push IS right once into WIN. Then go back into the enclosure and push KEY next to the newly connected IS WIN in order to spell out KEY IS WIN.
Now just simply walk into the Key. Don’t forget to and for more Nintendo Switch content. Also, please consider – every pledge, no matter how great or small, is incredibly appreciated. Extra Level 1: TransformFirst, push the Rock twice to the right, just left of CRAB.Push ROCK to the left against the wall and then up. Because you’ve taken ROCK away from IS PUSH, you can now stand on the Rock itself.Push ROCK over so that it is above BABA. Push ROCK down so that ROCK IS YOU and move the Rock over to the left side of the level.Push BABA back up to become Baba again.
Now bring IS and PUSH over to the left side and spell out ROCK IS PUSH above BABA IS YOU.Push the Rock over to the Flag (don’t worry, the Crab won’t bite snip?). Once you’ve done that, push the CRAB text in the top-right corner so that FLAG IS WIN.Now push ROCK downwards so that ROCK IS YOU again and walk into the Flag. Extra Level 2: Sunken TemplePush the Rock all the way to the right so that the Jelly pushes all the words to the far right.
Individually push ROCK, IS and PUSH to the left against the wall, up as far as each one will go and over to the left so that you spell out ROCK IS PUSH right above BABA IS YOU.Push ROCK down once so ROCK IS YOU. Move the Rock over to the left side, underneath BABA and push it up so that BABA IS YOU again and ROCK IS PUSH. Push the Rock down and on top of the Crab.Head over to the left of ROCK IS PUSH and push it to the right twice. Push the IS down and place it one tile to the left of the Rock that you had recently put on top of the Crab. Use the IS in between BABA IS YOU to vertically make up ROCK IS PUSH, head to the left of the IS that’s next to the Rock and push it to the right so that the Rock is past the Crab. Now swap BABA for ROCK so that ROCK IS YOU and move once to the right into the Flag.
