Of course, every relationship needs effort, be it in the form of gifts, or just dropping by for a daily visit. Time Waits For No One, But Time continues to tick for the postknight even when you are not playing: deliveries will be sent out and rewards will await you when you return!
Hi there, this is a guide for new players that is drawn from my experience and from reddit consensus. The guide is a bit lengthy, but the main points are quickly summarized as the first paragraph of each section.SectionsStat pointsArmorAbilitiesPotionsRelationshipsPetsDivisionsItemsRingsHow should I allocate my stat points? Before Griffondell (area 3) you can allocate however you fancy.
However at Griffondell and beyond, enemies are tough and you should reset your points at the local inn and funnel them into only strength and agility. When you reach your max level of 99, you should end up with 74 Str, 120 Agi, 1 Int, 1 Vit.Some like funneling their stat points into intelligence to accelerate experience gains and level faster. Keep in mind the cost (in gems) of resetting stat allocation continually increases every time you reset (e.g. 50, 100, 150.).Strength and agility are regarded as the MVP stats of PostKnight 1 as intelligence and vitality scale poorly as you progress.Strength increases your damage linearly. It is necessary to make your critical hits hit harder. A critical hit does 150% the damage of a regular hit.Agility increases both your critical hit chance and dodge chance.
The dodge chance is necessary for surviving tough levels. Starting at Griffondell, you will have access to powerful armor pieces that heal you when you land a critical hit or dodge an attack. Agility is by far the best stat and you should have more points in agility than in strength.Intelligence is great for fast early leveling but the magical defense is useless since most enemies do physical damage.Vitality increases your health in a linear fashion, but you can more easily gain health by leveling up or equipping head armor pieces. The other most commonly quoted stat distribution is 90 Str, 108 Agi, 1 Int, 1 Vit. The 90/108 distribution does more damage than the 74/120 distribution, but offers less survivability. It should be noted that 120 agility is the exact value that gives you 100% critical hit chance, and 200 agility is the value that gives 100% dodge chance.Which armor should I wear?Armor pieces with healing abilities are usually necessary to beat end game levels or S rank missions. You unlock an armor piece's hidden ability by upgrading it 5 times to its maximum level.
Utopian mining walkthrough. The build with the highest healing uses Mistral Dagger and Flit Helm from Griffondell (area 3), Divine Aegis from Valley of Gold (area 5), and Primal Garb from Fractured Forest (area 6). If you can't yet unlock the hidden abilities of these items, it's probably best to use a set with all 4 armor pieces for the set bonus. When all hidden abilities are unlocked, this set works by healing you whenever you land a critical hit or dodge an attack.
Very useful post, thank you for this! This is most useful for intermediate / end game level I think?I think it's most useful for someone like myself who has all potions, at the final stage and reaching that point of almost being max level. Since this is around the time we start to consider our options when it comes to armour and skills.
I'm only just now getting to the realisation it's better to pick and choose armour for their powerful max-level skills instead of armour-set bonuses. It's good to know what ratio to go for and what equipment to hunt down.I'm not sure if Crichips are ever needed for upgrading any of the equipment here, but I just spend a good part of my night figuring out the exact spawns and how to efficiently grind it. I bloody hope I get to use it in the future, lol. If Mistral Dagger and Flit Helm are fully upgraded to 5 stars, then yes.
The healing passives combined are stronger than the set bonus of Mistral set. Keep in mind that the Dagger and Helm passives need a lot of crit and dodge chance to be worth having equipped. This means you need to put quite a few points into Agility.
I'd say around 50 should suffice.A value of 50 agility should give you 40 crit chance and 20 dodge chance. We know this because 120 Agility gives you 100% crit chance and 200 Agility gives you 100% dodge chance. The agility value for max dodge rate was found using a bug found shortly after release that doubled your usable stat points every time you reset your stats.
If you go stat points similar to the normal 74/120 and Blitz Charge, then run Flit Helm. If you chose to go tons of strength and have less agility than strength, and also run Quadrattack charge, then run Phantom Crown and Nightbane Saber. Heals in this playstyle come more from charging and less so from critting and dodging. However, it takes forever to get Phantom, Nightbane, and Quadrattack and upgrade them fully.Generally this is the OP build that everyone uses.
But hey, build what you think is fun for you. Sometimes I like green potion with Feral Dagger and Stunning Charge. It's not good but it's funny when enemies are stunlocked and can't move at all.Congrats mate, there's really not much else except for running through some levels on hard mode. Also, the max postknight rank is S1 not A1.There are a few games similar to postknight. Brave Caravan is very similar to how postknight plays.
But I'll let it slide. Restaurant rush walkthrough. They're not dairy farms for milk and cheese, not the place where you grow crops, etc.
Nonstop Knight 2 is like postknight but 2D instead of 1D. Ahri Poro Farm is also similar but with 4 spells instead of 3. Haven't played them yet, but wanna try out Poro Farm because it looks cute as hell and I'm a league fan. Just finished the game, this guide was very helpful. I've played a few action idle games like Postknight before, but I have to say Postknight was the cutest, hands down.I'd say Nonstop Knight 2 is an excellent game similar to Postknight.
Still linear gameplay, but more variety in the stats that armor equips give you. Also has more interesting abilities than lunge forward and raise a shield. Though I'll admit Postknight has its charms in cute art design and simple yet elegant gameplay.' Ahri RPG: Poro Farm' and 'Ahri RPG' were fun for a while but grew stale quickly. The game doesn't really change at all past the first few boss fights. Also it doesn't really matter much how you upgrade your character, whereas in Postknight it matters A LOT. Nonstop Knight 2 is much better in my opinion.
