Summary and plotGangland Undercover is a documentary series that pivots on a drug dealer turned ATF confidential informant who infiltrates a motorcycle gang. Created and written by Charles Falco, and hailing from Shaw Media and McMillan Entertainment, the series is based on Falco’s own memoire and premiered on the History Channel on February 24, 2015. The second season of the show debuted on September 26, 2016 on A&E, but was then returned back to the History channel, where it premiered with the second season on March 2nd, 2017. The second part of the current season will resume on History on May 20, 2017.The show chronicles a series of events between the years 2003 and 2006 when Falco infiltrated one of America’s most notorious biker gangs.
The mini-series stars Damon Runyan as Charles Falco, a meth dealer who was arrested and given an ultimatum — either serve 20 years in jail, or go undercover inside an infamous motorcycle gang. At its core, Gangland Undercover is a hybrid between the fictional “Sons of Anarchy” and a biker reality show like “The Devil’s Ride”. The audience gets a glimpse at the little known world of biker gangs, including their rituals and often misunderstood traditions. Season 2 started off with Charles Falco living in a small Virginia town under the witness protection program. Unable to embrace a completely new and strange lifestyle, he once again signs up for an undercover operation, and finds himself in the midst of a full-blown biker gang war. Is he way in over his head, or will he manage to survive and bring justice a little closer?Overall ratings and the pause after the third episodeDon’t you just hate, when one of your favorite shows suddenly disappears into thin air without warning?! This is pretty much what happened to the American viewers of this intense hybrid-version of “Sons of Anarchy” and “The Devil’s Ride”.
The mystery surrounding Gangland Undercover is somewhat interesting – maybe it is more interesting than the show itself?! After a very strong start on the History channel, where it scored a strong 8.4 out of 10 stars on IMDb and overall a very positive reception, the second season then started on a different channel A&E, although they belong to the same network, with eight planned episodes. Then suddenly the show is given back to History, starts off a few months later with a second premiere, only to get pulled after the third episode. However, this only applies to the US, because the show successfully ran with its second installment in the UK and Canada.
Finally, the History channel announced that after a brief hiatus the remaining episodes of Season 2 of Gangland Undercover will resume on May 20, 2017. How can we get the History Channel or another network to continue the show? Does anyone at the History Channel really care what the viewers want or do they think us viewers like to watch reruns of the same shows. Asphalt 7 heat torrent games. At least Gangland Undercover is based on the lif of a man that infiltrated some of the biggest and most dangerous 1% Motorcycle Clubs and to honest I like the show.Animal Planet is getting to be the same way. You don't see animals anymore. Instead I turn on Animal Planet and what's on? Tanked, a show where the rich and fabulous order incredible fish tanks, Treehouse Masters, a show where the those that have land and can afford it can purchase a treehouse that can be used as a second home, finally, they have had shows about swimming pools! Please tell me what does this have to do with animals?I wish these channels went back to their roots! Ya i agree thats a huge mistake maybe one of the executives didnt get it, or one of there wives thought it was too violent lol. At least gangland is loosely based on actual history your run of shows with fake reality ARE GARBO AND PREDICTABLE. Most ppl with half a brain can see there isnt any history you can research anywhere on your shows like those stupid treasure hunt one, we have plenty of actual history to create shows out of stick to that and bring back a reason for us to watch anything on your network.
